. A lot of excellent free information here. While appreciating all the help
available to the small businessperson, there is a neat search feature and in the
"Starting a Business" department, the "Incorporating and choosing a
business structure" is excellent, it covers sole proprietorships, partnership,
corporations, etc. This subject is the most frequently asked question in business
consulting. The most important question or information has to do with recordkeeping,
etc., however it is rarely asked. There's also a free email newsletter that we
receive and review as a valuable business tool available on this site.
