We won't be pestering you, if you leave a message we won't call
you unless you ask us to. We have some unique gift ideas, tremendous rates on long
distance service with an excellent company. Those are Linda's areas.
Larry's primary business is Income Tax Preparation and Bookkeeping Services and if you
have a tax question we'll even try to respond to that.

Why use a Professional Tax Preparer?
Most can fill out a return accurately either manually or with
one of the many tax preparation software packages available . . . some as low as $25.
These computer tax programs help assure avoiding calculation errors and some even
offer electronic filing with direct deposit to your bank account.
But the help ends there.
As we prepare your return we often ask questions and check
returns for oft forgotten or even sometimes unknown deductions or tax credits. We
often (very often) find errors in W-2's, 1099's, mortgage and tax documents, IRS letters,
etc. Furthermore we can assist you in ideas and tax saving ideas in tax planning.
Since we have tax clients all over USA, we quite often get a call from a client
with a question, we are considered a valuable resource. In our case if we don't know
the answer, we know where to find out. We don't charge for this service for regular
clients, we'll do the research, you leave the problem to us.
If you have a small business, rental property, are self
employed, etc., there are many questions where answers are difficult to find in
depreciation manuals, income necessary to be declared, expenses allowed, receipts to keep,
methods to easily maintain records. . . this list if detailed would be very long.
Then there are judgment calls, does your tax return stand out
for an audit? If you are one of the lucky ones to be randomly audited who will help
you prepare?
And last are the letters and notices you may get even when your
tax preparation is correct - telling you your taxes are not prepared correctly. It
happens all to often. We are there to help you deal with the IRS as they correct
their error. No matter how well informed you are, those notices from the IRS throw
fear into you. You need someone to call.

Company Profile
We moved to Texas from Indiana in May, 1995 where Larry had
managed healthcare facilities and operated an independent Income Tax Preparation service
since 1983 as a part time business venture. His children are grown and living in the
Nevada, Wisconsin & Indiana. Larry's a little nuts - loves doing Income Taxes.
Linda having extensive experience in bookkeeping, accounting and
office procedures is Larry's partner for life. She mainly works in the gift area and
long distance sales, but also assists in the Income Tax Preparation and bookkeeping
services.
Both cater to their clients with their attitude, expertise and
ability to put clients at ease and go the extra mile to please.
